Where are the products made?
All our products are made in Italy by various local expert suppliers who produce each piece with unique craftsmanship.
What does back-order mean?
Not all our products are in stock, some of them, for their nature, might be produced upon order. Lead time may vary according to the typology of the object.
How should I care for my products?
We wish you could appreciate the company of our products and use them at your best convenience. However, with small precautions you can enjoy them to the fullest. Please find tips for every object on the specific product page.
What if my product is flawed?
Please note that our products are made following semi handcrafted processes, so what can be seen as a flaw is probably the sign of a unique production approach. Yet, if you are not satisfied with your product, you can follow our return policies, explained a few points below.

What delivery options do you offer?
Shipping rates varies depending on object and location. You will receive a shipping quote in the email response of your order inquiry or at checkout.
How are my objects delivered?
Our main carrier is DHL. All our products are delivered to your address of preference.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your objects get shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days from receiving your object. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
How do I return my product?
If you wish to return your product please contact hello@galapagos-galapagos.com, marking your e-mail with “Return” and including your order reference number. You will then receive a prepaid return label. Please place the label over the original shipping label and return it at your closest delivery point.
Please note that all objects must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
You will receive your refund through your original payment method within 14 days from when we have received your return with the return shipping fee deducted from the original amount.
